Prior to closing, Gridiron buyers are invited to a "PRE-CLOSING INSPECTION" at which time Gridirons's on-site Construction Manager tours the new home to explain the operations of all systems and inspect every aspect of the residence to answer questions and identify and remaining work to complete.
Gridirons's Customer Service team will visit apporximately 45 days following closing to complete adjustments and repairs discovered during the first few weeks of residency.
Gridirons's experienced and knowledgeable Customer Service team addresses other items, excepting normal wear and tear and abuse, throughout the balance of the one year limited warranty.
