With a like-minded vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and 60 years of combined construction experience, several men came together in 2003 to form Gridiron Development. As former college football players with deep roots in the Cincinnati community, the Gridiron team has been able to take what they learned on the field and apply it to business. They observed the lack of maintenance-free lifestyle housing options and formed Gridiron to develop ranch condominium communities in the Cincinnati area.
